Registration and Cancellation

By completing the registration process and making payment via the online system, the attendee completes the registration process and makes a binding offer to enter into a contract with the organiser. Only fully completed registrations will be accepted.

The person named on the registration accepts the terms and conditions entered into, even if someone else is completing on their behalf.

All references to a date or a deadline, mentioned in this and other conference documents, refer to the time in the UK.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Events Team

Cancellations made by 5pm on 24th February 2020 will result in a full refund less GBP 30 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds may be given.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 5pm on 24th February 2020 without incurring any cost penalty. The events must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
