Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you understand the refund & cancellation policy (outlined below) & agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Cancellations can be made up to and including 7 March 2023 and your fee will be refunded less an administration fee (£25) and any venue costs incurred at that time by the conference.
  • Up to and including 28 March 2023, in person bookings can be converted to online attendance but you will be charged for venue costs incurred by the Conference at the time of cancellation.
  • Cancellations made on or after 4 April 2023 will not be eligible for a refund. You will be able to convert to online attendance, but the difference in fee will not be refunded after 4 April.
  • You can, at any time, transfer your place to a colleague at no charge.

All refunds will be issued after the meeting.

If you register and can no longer attend you may still be liable for your fee or part payment of your fee. Full details on how to pay can be found below.

We accept credit/debit card payments or payment by cheque or BACS Transfer. You can print your own invoice/receipt once you complete your registration.

If another body e.g. your Trust, is paying your registration fee, simply select the Pay by Invoice option and print your invoice which will be attached to your registration confirmation. Please ensure the invoice is passed on for processing immediately.

Paying by credit/debit card:

Please select this option when registering for the conference and follow the instructions when prompted. Payment is via our secure payment portal on completion of your registration. We use Opayo (formerly Sage Pay) to collect and process transaction information. To view the Opayo security policy please click here.

 

Venue

Bush House is the former home of the BBC. The building has been completely renovated and offers modern conference spaces accommodating 10 to 400 people, with state-of-the-art AV facilities available in all rooms

There are a variety of conference spaces including a Harvard style lecture theatre for 120 which benefits from complimentary syndicate space and breakout areas. The Auditorium is a purpose built lecture theatre for 395 guests offering the flexibility of retractable seating and an adjacent ground floor Arcade which provides hospitality for up to 400. In addition the venue offers a variety of classrooms ideal for smaller meetings
