Dom is a Senior Clinical Lecturer in Paediatric CF and Chronic Suppurative Lung Disease at the National Heart & Lung Institute, Imperial College London, and Honorary consultant in respiratory paediatrics at the Royal Brompton Hospital. His research interests include sensitive measures of early lung disease, difficult CF diagnoses, and the detection and impact of polymicrobial airway infections. He is also an associate editor at the Journal of Cystic Fibrosis.
