Dr Rishi Pabary

Rishi is a consultant in paediatric respiratory and sleep medicine at the Royal Brompton Hospital, and honorary clinical senior lecturer at Imperial College London. Rishi undertook paediatric respiratory training in London, including Fellowships in Paediatric Sleep and Lung Transplantation, before taking up his current role in 2017. His MSc and PhD research focused on cystic fibrosis and he has recently been PI for the CF-STORM study. He is lead for the respiratory section of the Applied Paediatrics MSc at Imperial College London, co-chair of the British Paediatric Sleep Society video conference and annual CF symposium at the RSM. Since 2019, Rishi has chaired a childhood interstitial lung disease (chILD) MDT meeting with colleagues from the Royal Brompton to bring together expertise in reviewing these rare conditions. He has been an invited speaker at international conferences and authored book chapters and articles in peer reviewed journals including the European Respiratory Journal and Thorax.
