Zara is a Paediatric Respiratory Sleep Physiologist at Southampton Children’s Hospital. Zara works within a split role for the clinical sleep team and the research sleep team, coming from a background in Neuroscience.

The respiratory sleep team at Southampton Childrens Hospital run a comprehensive inpatient and home sleep service offering cardiorespiratory, oxicapnography and pulse oximetry sleep studies. The team also assists in delivering a regular national pulse oximetry workshop to enable delegates to increase their knowledge and confidence in delivering a successful pulse oximetry service in their own centres.
